On June 29, 2011, Edward Susolik of Callahan & Blaine will provide the policyholder perspective for the 15th straight year at the Orange County Bar Association Annual Insurance Law Update seminar.
Mr. Susolik, who is partner in charge of the Insurance Department at Callahan & Blaine, will discuss a number of topics, including bad faith, insurance coverage issues, litigation strategies, review of California Supreme Court cases, the duty to defend, Cumis counsel, punitive damages and numerous other insurance topics.
In addition, Mr. Susolik will provide his highly popular Annual Survey of 2010/2011 Insurance Cases, an analysis and summary of all insurance cases decided by California state and federal courts during the last year.
