A passenger in a pickup truck that collided with an SUV in a Fullerton intersection has been hospitalized with injuries, according to a news report.
Fullerton police said that a Nissan XE pickup truck collided with an Acura MDX SUV in the intersection of West Chapman Avenue and North Malden Street in Fullerton. The impact from the crash caused the pickup to overturn, injuring the unidentified passenger, who was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange for treatment.
The pickup driver was able to climb out of the overturned truck and was not injured. The Acura driver declined medical treatment.
