A 14-year-old girl was injured after being struck by two separate vehicles in a Santa Ana pedestrian accident, according to a news report.
Santa Ana police said that the girl, whose name was not released, was crossing at the intersection of 17th and Bristol when she was hit by a red pickup truck driven by Adan Camacho, 32, of Santa Ana. She was then struck again by a Cadillac sedan driven by Amanda Aie Sananikone, 21, of Anaheim.
The two drivers did not remain at the scene and were later arrested – Camacho on suspicion of felony hit and run and driving without a license, and Sananikone on suspicion of felony hit and run. The victim was taken to a local hospital to be treated for a leg injury.
