Two pedestrians walking in the Fullerton bar area were critically injured when they were hit by one vehicle and pushed into traffic, according to a news report.
Fullerton police said that the unidentified pedestrians were crossing Harbor Boulevard between Commonwealth and Santa Fe Avenues when they were struck by a vehicle traveling north. The impact pushed the pedestrians into the southbound lane, where they were hit again by another vehicle.
Both victims were taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange with critical injuries. The drivers of the vehicles involved – a GMC Sierra pickup and a Toyota sedan – stayed at the scene and were questioned by police.
