An unidentified woman has been critically injured after she was hit in a Seal Beach pedestrian accident.
The Seal Beach Police Department said that officers were called to the scene of the accident at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and First Street. The injured woman was taken to Long Beach Memorial Center for treatment; her condition was critical.
The driver of the vehicle that struck the woman stayed at the scene and cooperated with police. The investigation is ongoing.
