An unidentified woman has been injured as the result of a two-vehicle accident on Highway 55 in Costa Mesa.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision on southbound Highway 55 at 22nd Street involved a Toyota Corolla and a Ford F-150 pickup truck. Information on the cause of the crash was not immediately available; a female passenger in one of the vehicles was injured in the crash and an accident report also indicated a fight broke out following the crash between two men.
The accident is under investigation by the CHP.
