A woman driving an SUV and a man on a motorcycle collided in Santa Ana, sending both drivers to the hospital, according to a news report.
Orange County Fire Authority officials said that the unidentified female driver of the SUV reportedly pulled out in front of the motorcyclist at North Newhope Street and West Hollyline Avenue. The motorcycle hit the SUV and split in two, throwing the rider into the road. He suffered a broken leg and a broken arm, and was taken to UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange for treatment.
